Cooperativa olivarera
Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe
The Cooperativa Olivarera Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe was born to the rhythm of the coliblancos and colinegros.
We have four milling lines, each with two hammers. Once the olives are crushed, the paste moves to the mixers, then to the decanter, and finally to the vertical centrifuges, where a second and first extraction takes place depending on the type of extra virgin olive oil. Finally, the oil is transferred to the storage tanks for packaging before reaching the kitchens of Andalusian grandmothers.

Almazara Nuñez de Prado
The current Núñez de Prado family represents the seventh generation that has cultivated around 700 hectares of olive groves (94,000 olive trees) under the Baena Denomination of Origin. Today, the company perfectly combines three key principles in its production processes: respect for nature, traditional techniques, and the implementation of the most innovative technology.
The Núñez de Prado Olive Mill, one of the oldest in the Mediterranean among the active ones and located in a traditional Andalusian farmhouse, still preserves a granite roller mill, where the olives are milled, and a wine cellar with clay jars dating back to 1795.

Cooperativa olivarera
Germán Baena
The Cooperativa Olivarera Germán Baena, has been dedicated to the production and packaging of virgin and extra virgin olive oil since 1972.
Currently, it has 730 cooperative members who cultivate their olive trees using sustainable production methods, without compromising resources. The cooperative is deeply rooted in the land and environment, tied to both, and its culture, in pursuit of achieving a distinct quality recognized in the numerous awards and accolades that Germán Baena has received throughout its history.

Orobaena S.A.T
Founded in 1998, it is a model company in the production of high-quality extra virgin olive oil.
The mill is located in Baena, within the Baena Denomination of Origin, and mills the olives from the farms of its 22 members, producing oils for both bulk and bottled commercial distribution. Additionally, it processes, utilizes, and markets the by-products of olive farming and the industry. It also collaborates and conducts research in the development of related activities.

Gómez Cano
The story of Almazara Gómez Cano began many years ago, when the great-grandfather of the Gómez Cano family decided to plant the first olive trees in the fertile lands of Baena.
Over time, his son and grandchildren continued the family tradition and expanded the olive grove. Finally, the fourth generation decided to establish Almazara Gómez Cano to produce and market their own extra virgin olive oil.

Cortijo de Suerte Alta S.L.
El Cortijo de Suerte Alta is a family-owned property located on the right bank of the Guadajoz River, near the village of Albendín, in the municipality of Baena, Córdoba, in the heart of Andalusia, southern Spain.
In 1924, the Marquis of Bedmar began transforming the estate, previously used for pastureland and cereal crops, into an olive grove. The plantation was carried out with three-year-old trees planted in a triangular pattern, 13 meters apart, with a density of 75 trees per hectare.
